Any registered customer or service provider may request the deletion of their account and personal information.

How to Request Deletion:

To request deletion of your account and personal information, please send an email to our support team containing:

• Your full name;

•Your registered email address;

•Your registered mobile number;

• Whether you are registered as a Customer or Service Provider;

•A clear request stating that you would like your account and personal information deleted.

 Processing Your Request :

Once your request has been received, we will:

• Verify your identity.

• Review your request.

• Process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period.

•Notify you once your request has been completed.

 Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Financial transaction records;

•Tax and accounting records;

• Records required for fraud prevention;

•Information required to resolve disputes;

• Information required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Where information must be retained, it will only be kept for as long as required by applicable law.

Effect of Account Deletion:

Once your account has been deleted:

•Your account will be permanently deactivated.

•You will no longer be able to access the platform using that account.

•Active bookings may be cancelled where appropriate.

• Certain information may continue to be retained where legally required.

Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored. You may need to register a new account if you wish to use the platform again.
